When you book your appointment with us, we set that time aside in advance specifically for you. Which means no one else is able to book that appointment time. Your Massage Therapist will then prepare for your appointment & be ready for you, prior to your arrival. We function by appointment only & do not accept walk-ins. This ensures that your Massage Therapist is on-time & prepared to focus solely on you for the entire time of the session you requested. The following policies apply to all Clients.
Please only schedule appointments that you know you can keep. A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for the cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment, or you will be charged 50% of the booked appointment cost. If you miss your appointment with out canceling or rescheduling ahead of time, you will be charged the full amount of the booked appointment cost. These fees must be Payed prior to booking/rescheduling any following appointment. No refunds or credits are given for missed appointment time.
Please arrive a few minutes early for your appointment so we may begin on time. All appointments are scheduled in advanced for every client, and cannot extend beyond arranged time to accommodate late arrivals.
Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition. If it is within the 24-hour notice period, the cancellation fee may be waived.
We do not bill insurance companies for missed appointments or late cancellations. You are responsible for paying the missed appointment/late cancellation fees.
Once your insurance coverage is verified, we will bill and accept payment from your insurance company for the covered services we provide. You are responsible for the deductibles and co-payments/co-insurance as defined in your insurance policy. In the event that the insurance company denies payment, or only makes partial payment, you are responsible for the balance.
